Range of Services

The BCA-clinic aims to support patients and cooperating doctors in the treatment of Lyme Disease, co-infections and other chronic Multi System Illnesses (including Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Morgellons Disease).  The BCA-clinic offers a wide spectrum of services and cooperates with doctors and hospitals (on a regional, national and international level).

Generally, following services are distinguished:

  1. Diagnostics of Lyme disease and possible co-infections (depending on the stage, i.e. acute or chronic stages of the illness) - incl. specialised laboratory testing in the BCA-clinic laboratory:  to get evidence that the patient has Lyme disease and/or co-infections.
  2. Treatment of Lyme disease in acute stages (i.e. right after the tick bite)
  3. Treatment of chronic Lyme disease (especially in stages of severe  progression of the disease)
  4. Treatment of co-infections
  5. Pain therapy during the Lyme treatment in stage II and stage III
  6. Mental strengthening and medical health coaching


Similar services offers also apply to certain Multi System Illnesses (such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Morgellons Disease).  Borrelia and other pathogens (bacteria and viruses) often trigger or enhance these diseases.

We offer our patients complex diagnostics and therapy concepts according to the guidelines of ILADS and the recommendations of the German Borreliosis Society.  The BCA-clinic only treats out-patients (ambulant). Unfortunately, we do not have the facilities to treat in-patients (overnight stays).

Note:  The BCA-clinic does not provide any medical services!  All medical services (diagnostics, therapy and therapy monitoring) are provided by the cooperating doctors of the „Medical Partnership“ and are invoiced to the patient on a private medical basis (according to the Medical Association’s professional code of conduct in Bavaria). The medical partnership is an organisationally and economically independent structure and has a tenancy in the BCA-clinic and treats patients there.


All other services (supporting therapies, Lyme Compact Treatment Program and laboratory services) are offered by the BCA-clinic Betriebs GmbH & Co. KG, an independent business unit and will be billed by the BCA-clinic.  The GmbH & Co. KG is the operator of this website.

  • The treatment of Lyme disease is conducted according to the latest international therapy standards of the ILADS (International Lyme And Associated Diseases Society, USA, undefinedwww.ilads.org - version November 2006 & J.J. Burrascano October 2008)  and the recommendations of the German Borreliosis Society e.V.   • The diagnostic tools and therapy of Lyme disease infections clearly induce much higher costs and are more time consuming than many health insurance companies are willing to cover.
  • The book "The Lyme Disease Solution" by Kenneth B. Singleton is very informative and clearly written.

Our range of services is also available to patients who are not living near Augsburg. Our patients come to us from all over Germany, Switzerland and Austria, from Scandinavia, Italy and other European countries, Russia as well as from North America, Asia and Australia.  The staff of the BCA-clinic can assist you in German and English.
